Congrats on your offer of admission to the University of Maryland!

Take a look at next steps to secure your enrollment for Fall 2025:

• Submit the Admitted Student Decision Form to notify us of your decision.
• Pay a Tuition Deposit within two weeks of admissions offer. 
• You can find your student ID in your admissions email.
• Apply for In-State Classification if you are a Maryland resident.
• Check your SURFS student account for financial aid package.
• Complete remaining prerequisite coursework by the start of school. Our office will send you an email of what you have outstanding.
• Classes will begin on Aug. 18, 2025, and there is a mandatory orientation the week prior. 
• Take a look at the incoming student website for the Class of 2029 which contains information on housing, financial aid, campus life, and incoming student events.
