Next Steps to Secure Your Spot for Fall 2026
Congratulations again on your admission to the Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) program at the University of Maryland School of Pharmacy! Here’s what to do next to make it official:
- Submit the Admitted Student Decision Form to let us know your plans.
- Pay a Tuition Deposit within two weeks of admissions offer.
- Find your Student ID in your admissions email
- Apply for In-State Classification (Maryland residents only).
- Check your SURFS student account for your financial aid package.
- Complete any outstanding prerequisite by the start of the fall semester (we’ll email you a list).
Important Dates:
- Classes begin Aug. 17, 2026.
- Mandatory orientation takes place the week before
- Be sure to review the Information for incoming student website – Class of 2031 page for details on housing, financial aid, campus life, and upcoming events.
